OUR STORY
ARAFURA is a design studio based in Bandung, Indonesia. We work in experience design through various media such as light art, video mapping, interactive installations, and whatever the future brings.
We use visual narratives to spark public imagination and bring forward alternative stories that are often pushed to the margins.
Our practice spans four pillars: Multimedia Design Studio (visual and spatial experiences), New Media Artist (artistic and curatorial work), IP Development (original works, products, and characters), and Community Development (collaborations with communities through .BDG Lights).
